The first thing you'll find on arrival at Kilmuir Park is a warm Scottish greeting. We look forward to welcoming you to our family home and helping you enjoy your stay on Skye.
With the lounge, dining room, and all guest bedrooms on the ground floor, access is easy. All rooms overlook our own grounds with most looking out towards Macleod's Tables.
Kilmuir Park is located on the southern outskirts of Dunvegan, making it ideally situated for many of Skye's most famous sites including Dunvegan Castle and Talisker's Distillery. We are only a short drive from great restaurants - including The Three Chimneys.

All of our bedrooms are on the ground floor and have en-suite shower rooms. They have been tastefully redecorated for the 2014 season with new furnishings. Three rooms can have either a super king-sized bed or twin beds. The fourth room is available only with twin beds. All rooms are well equipped with colour television, radio, hairdryer, with tea and coffee making facilities.
We use as much fresh local produce as possible including much we grow ourselves. Breakfast includes homemade granola, marmalade, and jams. Complementary homemade shortbread is on the in-room beverage trays.
Kilmuir Park is well placed for indoor pursuits and both gentle and energetic outdoor ones. We are approximately 3 kilometres from Dunvegan Castle, the historic seat of the Clan Macleod. The castle has a rich and interesting history and offers informative guided tours, has lovely gardens and excellent seal boat trips. A few kilometres beyond the castle you'll find the Coral Beaches - a gentle walk; while the more adventurous can tackle the Cuillins or Trotternish both of which are a bit further away.
No holiday on Skye is complete without visiting Portree, Skye's capital.
Trout and salmon fishing packages with a guide are available - please ask for more details.
